FlowDial is a focus tool you use at your own discretion. It's provided "as is", it's not medical or professional advice, and your data stays on your device. Use it to build a better focus habit — not as a substitute for professional care.
By using FlowDial (the app and the website at flowdial.xyz), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FlowDial for your own focus practice. You agree not to resell it, reverse-engineer it for a competing product, or misuse it in any unlawful way.
FlowDial supports focus, ritual, and breathing. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a treatment for ADHD or any condition. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional. Don't use the app while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
Everything you create lives on your device (see our Privacy Policy). Because there's no account or cloud backup, you are responsible for keeping your own backup — use Settings → Export if you switch devices. We aren't liable for data lost to device failure, deletion, or reinstalling the app.
FlowDial's core is free. We may offer optional paid features ("Pro"). Any purchase is processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms, and refunds are handled according to that store's policy and your local consumer-protection rights (including, in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law). We don't store your payment details.
FlowDial is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result for your focus or productivity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of FlowDial. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded.
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be noted here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use FlowDial after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
